1. Unofficial fan-made project
Cardboard Kitsune is an independent, unofficial fan-made project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, approved by, or officially connected to Bandai, Bandai Namco, Shueisha, Union Arena, or any related rights holders.
Any references to Union Arena, card names, series names, trademarks, logos, artwork, characters, or related materials are used only to identify the game and support community play.
2. Ownership of official materials
All official trademarks, logos, card names, game names, artwork, characters, images, and related intellectual property belong to their respective owners.
Cardboard Kitsune does not claim ownership of official game content or intellectual property owned by Bandai, Bandai Namco, Shueisha, Union Arena, anime publishers, licensors, or other rights holders.
3. Purpose of the simulator
Cardboard Kitsune is intended as a community tool for online practice, testing, learning, remote play, and player organization. It is not intended to replace official products, official events, official apps, or physical card ownership.
Users are encouraged to support official releases, official events, local game stores, and the original creators and publishers behind the game and related properties.
4. No official representation
Nothing on Cardboard Kitsune should be interpreted as an official announcement, official rule source, official ruling, official product, or official service from any rights holder.
For official rules, products, events, announcements, and policies, users should refer to the official sources provided by the applicable rights holders.
5. Advertising and monetization
Cardboard Kitsune may display advertising on public informational pages to help support hosting, maintenance, and development costs.
Advertising is not intended to appear on gameplay, deck builder, item shop, support, account, or other sensitive app areas. Optional cosmetic features, if available, are not official products and do not grant ownership of official materials.
6. Cosmetic and original assets
Cardboard Kitsune may include original, fan-styled, or AI-generated cosmetic assets for visual customization. These assets are intended to be separate from official game materials and should not be interpreted as official merchandise.
Any resemblance to existing genres, themes, or visual styles is not intended to imply affiliation, endorsement, or ownership by any official rights holder.
7. Takedown and rights-holder requests
If you are a rights holder or authorized representative and believe that content on Cardboard Kitsune infringes your rights, please contact us with enough detail to identify the material and the rights involved.
We will review good-faith requests and take appropriate action where necessary.
